Just wanted to say that we are currently in building stage with Oak and I cannot be more grateful to have HAYDEN our site supervisor. He has been an absolute legend. We have had our private inspections done and minor issues on report was fixed in days.

So far I have had the most rewarding experience working with Hayden. He is by far the most outstanding supervisor I have ever worked with, and the team is very organised. I can't wait to see the finished product.

This was such a big decision for us and it was a daunting task finding the right company that would help us build our dream house. Everything from start to finish with Oak was so easy, Paul was incredible, he made sure we were comfortable during each step, he was knowledgable, gave great advice and really put our minds at ease. I could not recommend him and the team more!

From the first time we met Paul from Oak he has listened and focused on our needs. He made sure Oak was the right fit for us and could deliver the forever home we envisioned. He has gone above and beyond to help us consolidate different layouts to form the perfect layout and design. He has been very attentive and thorough during the whole process and continues to be during the construction. We cannot wait to celebrate the finished product wth him.

Looking through their display home, we came across Paul Martino (Sales). Throughout the design, development, and build, his advice was incredibly professional, approachable, and thorough. We are building our first house, and he guided us through every step. In fact, I have already recommended close friends to him and the Oak team. I appreciate all your attention, advice, and time Paul.

The idea of building was a little daunting given all the nightmare stories you hear however they obviously didn't have a Paul. I cannot thank Paul from Oak Living enough for creating a fantastic experience for us when designing our dream home. It was so simple and stress-free. He set the expectations from the beginning and didn't disappoint - he constantly kept us in the loop and I couldn't thank him enough for helping us with our family home.

We’re really happy with our new home that the Oak Team helped us create . Our site manager , Liam was the best . Always communicated with us , addressed any issues as they arose and was an all round good bloke who cared about our project . A big thanks to Steve for keeping a watchful eye over everything . Our experience with Oak Living has been an absolute pleasure from the moment we met Nick our Consultant and Steve, to Paul, Mitch then Liam who had been with us throughout our build, and all their amazing colleagues in between. We cannot recommend Oak highly enough, their constant liaison attention to detail and can do attitude is a credit to their Team. We chose the Aspendale 270 design the build started in July 2024 and was completed by the end of February 2025, with out one hiccup along the way the whole build was an extremely smooth process. Our 3/4month maintenance check approached and everything that needed addressing was done promptly and with the utmost of professionalism, all their Trades people we encountered were very obliging and courteous. Oak Living’s high standard is a credit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, I have Thanked them a million times for our Beautiful Home and we enjoy every inch of it. I wish Oak all the best for their future Builds.

We had an excellent experience building with Oak Living . From the beginning dealing with them was always professional. The attention to detail , quality of build and genuine commitment was exceptional . Our site manager Liam was always available , watching every step of our build and on to any issue straight away. In our home building journey we had been to a few builders, what made us stick with Oak was Cody. He is a very thorough, honest & upfront sales person, who has helped us navigate through our journey with ease. We are still in the process of building, and Cody has been very approachable even after the sales process- which has been of great help!. We’ve just reached the contract stage with Oak Living for our “forever home” and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. We were so grateful for the whole team at Oak during our build. A year on and we are still loving our house! Paul helped us to design everything that we wanted in our forever home with Hayden and Mitch making sure the build went swimmingly during construction. My experience with Oak Living has been extremely positive. Oak Living has demonstrated care 3 years after my home was completed. I had recently noticed a small area of water damage. From the initial phone call I made, Luke from Oak Living was inspecting the issue within 24 hours. Then all within quick succession, trades were organised. Leak specialist, Shower screen team, Carpenter, Painter, Caulker. Every tradesperson that came to my home was proficient at their job, friendly, worked in a tidy manner and fixed something else while in attendance. The lovely carpenter even straightened up several of my door handles on his way out simply because he noticed they needed correcting. I was very impressed with the communication and how quickly the repairs were attended. Oak Living has a top notch team. Their customer service was second to none. This level of customer care and follow up is hard to find in any business so I’m so glad that something as important as my home has been built by Oak Living. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are so happy that we chose to build with Oak Living. They supported us with great communication and honesty through our never-ending land settlement (land purchased separately) and commenced our build the second they were allowed to. We appreciated having a direct line to our contacts at all times and very quick responses. The team went into bat for us when minor issues arose and built our home to a high standard.
