From the initial phone call I made, Luke from Oak Living was inspecting the issue within 24 hours. Then all within quick succession, trades were organised. Leak specialist, Shower screen team, Carpenter, Painter, Caulker. Every tradesperson that came to my home was proficient at their job, friendly, worked in a tidy manner and fixed something else while in attendance. The lovely carpenter even straightened up several of my door handles on his way out simply because he noticed they needed correcting. I was very impressed with the communication and how quickly the repairs were attended. Oak Living has a top notch team. Their customer service was second to none. This level of customer care and follow up is hard to find in any business so I’m so glad that something as important as my home has been built by Oak Living.
