The main flooring features Southern Blackbutt Definitive native timber from Choices Flooring, providing a durable, warm foundation throughout the home. The living area centres around a fireplace clad in the same Reclaimed Reds used on the exterior, creating a seamless visual connection.

The kitchen balances premium inclusions with practical function. Custom joinery utilises Laminex Absolute Matte finish in Black for the base cupboards, contrasted against Laminex Natural finish in Aged Ash for the overheads. These are complemented by Caesarstone benchtops and Beaumont Tiles Agrestic White Satin for the splashback. Reliable performance is ensured through the integration of a Smeg gas cooktop and dishwasher, alongside Phoenix tapware in a brushed nickel finish.
